If we don't find anything on your PC, and Home is refusing to see the correct update, you're going to be stuck dealing with tech support at TT to get their back end straightened out so as to offer you the right code. What categories are listed there? And how recently have you changed computers? With Home running, select "Manage my device" and select the tab "Install Items from computer". What update were you trying to perform when this thread started? What updates were being offered, and what actually completed? When was the last time that you had fully updated your device?
